We want you to be fully satisfied with your SABON purchase; if you are not, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Care team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and attach it firmly to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
